EI投稿说明：
1.从注册材料提交时间算起，见刊周期最长2个月。
2.论文必须要有摘要、题目、作者、单位、必要的图标、结果、主要参考文献等。
3.稿件必须为全英文稿件，图片、表格、公式中均不允许有中文出现，稿件需与主题相关.
4.稿件应为原创作品，请勿一稿多投，所有稿件将接受同行评审，审稿周期根据审稿老师的时间略有不同，审稿时间一般为：3-7天。
5.请作者按照官网上模板的格式编排您的文章。
Welcome to the official website of the 2020 International Conference on Electronics and Communication, Information and Computer Engineering (ECICE 2020). We are pleased to invite you to participate in ECICE 2020. This conference will be held on February 28-29, 2020 in Hangzhou, China.
The aim of ECICE 2020 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians, as well as industrial professionals, to present their research results and development activities in Electronics and Communication, Information and Computer Engineering. It provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.
