本次会议所有投稿论文必须为全英文，并将会由至少两位审稿老师进行审稿。

四、EI投稿须知：
1.从注册材料提交时间算起，见刊周期最长两个月。
2. 论文必须要有摘要、题目、作者、单位、必要的图标、结果、主要参考文献等。
3. 文章为全英文。
4. 请勿一稿多投，所有稿件将接受同行评审，审稿周期根据审稿老师的时间略有不同，审稿时间一般为：1-14天内。
CNCET 2020：
Welcome to the official website of 2020 International Conference on Computer, Network, Communication Engineering and Technology (CNCET 2020). CNCET 2020 will be held on April 11-12, 2020 in Shenyang, China. The aim as well as objective of CNCET 2020 is to present the latest research and results of scientists related to Computer, Network, Communication Engineering and Technology. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas face-to-face, to establish business or research relations as well as to find global partners for future collaborations. We hope that the conference results will lead to significant contributions to the knowledge in these up-to-date scientific fields.
All full paper submissions to the CNCET 2020 must be written in English, and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. The full paper submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.
Accepted papers which meet the Conference requirements would be published by IEEE Press and submitted to the EI (Compendex), CPCI (ISTP) and Google Scholar for indexing.
Call for Papers
This international conference would provide a platform for distinguished gathering of researchers from academia and Industry working in the field of Computer, Network, Communication to share and discuss the latest advances challenges and future research directions. The conference would feature plenary and keynote speeches, interactive sessions, oral and poster paper presentations.
